The deep fryer works on a three-phase current (400V) and comes with overload protection. Because of the included cold zone at the bottom of the fryer, you can continue to reuse frying oil over and over, without it changing the taste of the fried foods. The heating element is placed a few centimetres above the bottom of the reservoir and, because the oil does not get as hot underneath the heating element, crumbs burn less quickly. This way, the oil stays cleaner for longer and you do not have to change it as often. The fryer also has a thermostat which allows you to set temperatures between 50 and 200°C. Thanks to the convenient timer, you can fry all your snacks at the perfect time without worrying about burning anything. In addition, the fryer has a removable lid to prevent oil from splashing. The handles are heat resistant and you can attach the supplied shelf on the side to catch any frying residue.
